A person who aspires to be a public servant or very good communicator in any specialized field should have both oral communication skills and written communication skills. A good spokesperson can win the heart of many people and influence other people’s lives by making statements that would have an impact to the people. There are so many people that are challenged to develop written communication skills because their job requires them to do so.
