Why is management skills training needed?

Managers should have one on one meetings and group meetings to monitor employee performance and to discuss and draw personal development goals for each team member. This training enables the managers to learn different reward and recognition techniques.

They should follow a proactive approach and not a reactive approach to situations at work. It enables them to face complex situations with great poise.
