Avoid blurting out unnecessary information as you may be perceived as loose tongue or childish
Empathize with your colleagues or co-worker’s situation. Empathy statements work wonders on troubled souls. It makes them feel that people around them understand their situation and will work towards improving it. Do not try to de-motivate them unintentionally. Cheer them up and humor them. This will bring them in good mood. These individuals will always hold you in high regards because of your kind act. It is important that you show genuine care and concern in fostering healthy relationships and implement the skills in your day to day interactions.
